Starbucks anti-bias training: Why the coffee chain closed 8,000 stores

The coffee giant closed more than 8,000 stores Tuesday afternoon to talk about race with up to 180,000 employees. The training follows an incident in Philadelphia in which two black men were arrested waiting for a friend.
