Canada passes legislation legalizing marijuana, sales expected within 12 weeks

The legislation, known as the Cannabis Act, provides a national framework under which adults will be allow to possess up to 30 grams of marijuana. The only other nation on earth to legalize marijuana across the nation: Uruguay.
