Tax-free weekend 2018: These states offer tax free shopping for back to school

Ten states including Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin hold sales tax holidays the first weekend in August.
