Moscow says FBI arrested Russian citizen a day after it detained ex-US Marine on suspicion of spying

Marine veteran Paul Whelan, pictured, was arrested on December 28. Now the Russian Foreign Ministry say Dmitry Makarenko was held just 24 hours later on the Northern Mariana Islands.
