R. Kelly accuser alleges: I have DNA proof of sexual misconduct on soiled T-shirt

Tracy Sampson alleged in a 2001 lawsuit that Kelly induced her "into an indecent sexual relationship," when she was 17. Now she's speaking out along with Jerhonda Pace who claims to have DNA proof.
