Alabama judge lets would-be dad sue abortion doctor on behalf of aborted child

Ryan Magers, 19, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the Alabama Women's Center for Reproductive Alternatives in Huntsville, Alabama on behalf of the unborn child he's calling 'Baby Roe'.
