Dr. Seuss lawsuit over Star Trek-themed parody is dismissed

A U.S. judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit by Dr. Seuss Enterprises to stop publication of a "Star Trek"-themed book parodying the Seuss book "Oh, the Places You'll Go!"
