March Madness: The Big Ten is 7-1 after the first round of the NCAA tournament

The Big Ten is flexing with a 7-1 start to the NCAA tournament. Iowa won Friday after Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue, Maryland and Minnesota won Thursday.
