Men, 25 and 27, were 'surfing' on top of a moving freight train when they were electrocuted

The 25-year-old man from Aberystwyth, Wales, and 27-year-old from Clerkenwell, London, may have been 'train surfing' after Police find 'nothing to indicate' that graffiti was involved.
