Police charge men after crowbar-wielding UNICORN robbed store for cigarettes and cash then crashed

Jacob William Rogge, 28, was charged with armed robbery, accused of robbing High's Dairy Store in Maryland around 5am Saturday, dressed in a full-body white and pink unicorn costume.
