Two men filmed 'impersonating cops, abducting woman, and dropping her off at nearby police station'

The ‘policemen’ are seen in the video ordering a man, 24, and woman, 25, out of their car at around 9:15pm on Thursday in Philadelphia. They abduct the woman and drive her to a police station.
