Florida man broke into home of his wife's lover and cut off his penis with a pair of scissors

Alex Bonilla, 49, of Bell, was arrested Sunday after mutilating a man he had caught having sex with his wife, police said. The victim is recovering, but it's unclear what happened to his severed penis.
