Man is arrested for the 1980 rape and murder of a 14-year-old girl after she didn't return home

A 62-year-old man from North Carolina has been arrested Friday on charges of raping and murdering a 14-year-old girl 39 years ago. Robert Adkins, 62, is accused of killing Ronda Blaylock in 1980.
