NHS recruits 4,000 Asian nurses to take the places of EU nationals who left due to Brexit

The number of EU nationals working as nurses in the NHS plunged by around 3,000 after the 2016 referendum. The gap has been filled by nurses from the Philippines and elsewhere in Asia.
