London Bridge heroes who tackled jihadist are to be awarded Britain's highest bravery medals

Darryn Frost, who fought Usman Khan with a narwhal tusk, and John Crilly, who doused the jihadist with a fire extinguisher, are to receive either the George Cross or Queen's Gallantry Medal.
