Cat nicknamed the world's WORST for her bad behavior is adopted

Perdita, a four-year-old domestic shorthair, was adopted by Mitchel County Animal Shelter in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. The animal shelter nicknamed her the 'world's worst cat' for her behavior.
