Rhys Jones's killer Sean Mercer is pictured for the first time since he was jailed

Sean Mercer, now 29, has been messaging a woman from within his cell after liking one of her comments on Instagram, according to reports. Mercer was jailed for shooting Rhy Jones, 11, in Liverpool in 2007.
