Arrested motorist took cop's gun and shot dead a 16-year-old boy in Mexico

A teenage boy was killed Sunday when an arrested man took a cop's gun and shot him in the head during a confrontation in the Mexico City borough of Cuajimalpa which sparkled a riot.
