Brooklyn man pleads guilty to sharing bomb-making instructions to encourage ISIS terrorist attacks

Beginning in at least March 2019, Zachary Clark encouraged ISIS supporters to commit lone wolf attacks in New York City and he pleaded guilty in court on Monday.
