Margaret Thatcher's Oxford college orders students to take an anti-bias course to tackle racism

Somerville College is the first Oxford college to introduce anti-bias training. Students and staff must complete a course on 'unconscious' biases. Thatcher read chemistry at Somerville in the 1940s.
