Man streams himself telling young boy to put a plastic bag over woman's head and 'tie it tight'

A woman from Alabama could be heard being subjected to domestic abuse on a livestream as a man told a boy to place a plastic bag over her head and tie it up. Edward Moore, 42, was arrested.
