Bronx boy 16, is arrested for 'shooting and killing rival gang member, 13'

Police have arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of murder, manslaughter and criminal weapons possession in connection with the July 11 killing of 13-year-old Jaryan Elliot (pictured) in The Bronx.
