California man sues HOA and waste service after he fell while fleeing bear in a dumpster

John Donaldson is suing Incline Crest HOA and Waste Management of Nevada after he fell while fleeing from a bear hidden in a dumpster. Donaldson had been staying at a cottage in the area.
