Moment man, 43, raises his t-shirt-covered gun at cops and is shot dead at Huntington Beach

Ronnie Andrew Garcia was fatally shot by Huntington Beach police after apparently pointing a gun at the officers. The 43-year-old refused multiple orders to drop the weapon.
