Couple charged in 1991 death of baby found so decomposed that cops were unable to identify gender

Scott Gordon Poole, 54, and his wife, Robin Lynn Bynum, 51, both of Taylorsville, North Carolina, were arrested on Thursday and charged with concealing the birth of a child.
