New York's most spoilt pooches don adorable costumes to take part in city's Halloween Dog Parade

Hundreds of New Yorkers came out to Tompkins Square on Saturday for the 31st annual Halloween Dog Parade. The pup who Best in Show was also the winner of the heroes category.
