Woman swinging baseball bat and screaming 'Defund the Police' arrested outside Capitol amid protests

Capitol police identified the woman as 25-year-old Olivia Romano on Friday. In a statement to DailyMail.com, officers say she was uncooperative and bit a police officer during a scuffle.
