Merseyside police inspector, 46, is charged with assaulting a suspect during an arrest with two PCs

Inspector Andrew Minnery, 46, will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Friday alongside PC Kenny Gibson, 29, and PC Steve Cotton, all serving Merseyside Police officers.
